Ramani leads product architecture, engineering execution, and the technology roadmap. She and her team are building the core innovations that power SecureX’s cybersecurity and AI platforms.
Previously, Ramani served as Director of Security Engineering & Threat Research at ShieldX Networks, where she played a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge security technologies prior to its acquisition by Fortinet (NASDAQ: FTNT).
Before that, she was among the early engineers at Palo Alto Networks, joining as the 25th employee and contributing for nearly a decade. During her tenure, she played a key role in scaling the company and was part of the team during Palo Alto Networks’ successful IPO in 2012.
Ramani began her career as a Software Engineer at McAfee Inc., where she built foundational expertise in enterprise security technologies.
Ramani holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Ohio University (2004).

Bharat Shah is the Chief Product Officer and Head of Engineering at SecureX.AI, bringing over three decades of experience in building and scaling world-class technology platforms.
Bharat spent 33 years at Microsoft, most recently serving as Corporate Vice President for Azure Cloud Security for over seven years. In this role, he spearheaded global cloud security initiatives, drove innovation across enterprise security services, and shaped Microsoft’s trusted cloud strategy.
Bharat Shah holds a B.Tech. in Computer Science from IIT Delhi, an M.S. in Computer Science from Washington State University, and an M.S. from the University of Idaho.

Ashok Banerjee is a seasoned technology leader with deep expertise in platform strategy, product innovation, and engineering excellence. He is shaping next-generation security products that anticipate emerging threats, accelerate innovation, and align technology roadmaps with business vision.
Ashok has held senior leadership roles at some of the world’s leading cybersecurity companies: CTO & SVP of Engineering at Trellix (McAfee Enterprise + FireEye), & Vice President & CTO, Enterprise Security Products at Symantec. With a career built on solving complex security challenges, Ashok is passionate about creating platforms that are scalable, resilient, and adaptive.

Manuel Nedbal is a seasoned technology leader and visionary in cybersecurity with deep expertise in network security, cloud and virtualization, deep packet inspection, protocol parsing, sandboxing, and hypervisor technologies.
He was the Co-Founder and CTO of ShieldX Networks, where he built the platform’s engineering and architectural vision, pioneering technologies for scalable threat detection and secure cloud environments. ShieldX was later acquired by Fortinet (NASDAQ: FTNT), where Manuel served as VP of Engineering. He went on to join Google Security as Chief Architect, contributing to the design of advanced cloud security solutions.
Earlier in his career, Manuel held senior roles at McAfee and Intel Security, where he was Principal Architect of McAfee’s Network Security Platform and a Founding Member of McAfee’s Principal Architects Forum.
Manuel is also an inventor with multiple patents and has been a featured speaker at leading industry conferences, including Intel IDF, RSA and VMworld.
Manuel holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Johannes Kepler Universität Linz (Austria), where his dissertation focused on Remote Robot Control in Open Systems (1994–2000).

Ray Cotton is a senior technology and cybersecurity executive with more than two decades of experience driving enterprise risk management, cybersecurity strategy, and large-scale technology transformation in the financial services sector.
He served as COO of Security at Wells Fargo Bank, spending over eight years as Executive Director of Technology Control (SVP/COO), where he oversaw IT infrastructure, Risk, and Cybersecurity operations for one of the world’s largest financial institutions. Prior to that, Ray was Director of Cybersecurity, Risk, Trust, and Technology Innovation at Capital One, where he played a pivotal role in advancing security strategy and governance.
In addition to his corporate leadership, Ray contributed to academia as a Graduate Teaching Associate at Brown University (2018–2021), teaching advanced topics in computer security.

Syam Nair is the Chief Product Officer at NetApp, where he leads the company’s product and engineering teams, driving innovation in hybrid cloud and AI solutions.
Previously, Mr. Nair served as CTO & EVP of R&D at Zscaler (Nasdaq: ZS), a leading cloud security company delivering secure internet access and zero-trust network solutions.
Before Zscaler, he was EVP at Salesforce, overseeing product engineering and technology for Tableau, Customer Data Cloud, AI, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Throughout his career, Mr. Nair has demonstrated an exceptional ability to incubate new technologies from the ground up and lead large teams through transformational growth at scale.

V. Jay LaRosa serves as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Cisco’s Network Platform organization, where he leads the global strategy and execution of security programs that protect Cisco’s network management portfolio, including Meraki and related businesses. In this role, he ensures the integrity of all information security measures across the organization, aligning business growth with rigorous risk, compliance, and trust standards.
With a distinguished career in cybersecurity, V. Jay was recognized as a Top Global CISO consecutively by CyberDefense Magazine (2024 & 2025) and has earned multiple prestigious awards, including the Top Global CISO 2025 Cloud Managed IT C-Suite Insider Magazine.
Prior to joining Cisco, V. Jay served as Global Head of Trust Assurance at TikTok, where he shaped the technical strategy for cybersecurity controls and oversaw the global security infrastructure and application security for TikTok and its parent company, ByteDance. Earlier in his career, he led classified research and development initiatives with the U.S. government and collaborated with federal agencies to combat cybercrime and fraud. Prior, V.Jay held senior security leadership roles at ADP, protecting eCommerce and financial systems worldwide.
As a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), V. Jay brings 30 plus years of experience dedicated to security and risk management. He has directed security for hundreds of mergers and acquisitions, enhanced protections for global eCommerce and money-movement platforms, and secured three patents.
A recognized thought leader in the field, V. Jay is an active participant in cross-industry forums and events. He has contributed his insights as a member of the global advisory board for the Cloud Security Alliance and has served on advisory boards for numerous cybersecurity startups.
Beyond his professional work, V. Jay and his wife are passionate advocates for animal welfare, actively supporting and fundraising for rescue organizations in Central Florida and New Jersey.

Elizabeth Vasquez is an accomplished cybersecurity executive with over two decades of experience leading enterprise-scale security strategies across financial services and technology. She currently serves as Director of DevSecOps – Cloud at TIAA, where she is responsible for developing and executing security strategies for enterprise cloud platforms and applications, ensuring resilience, compliance, and innovation across one of the world’s largest financial institutions.
Previously, Elizabeth held senior leadership roles at Barclays, HSBC, and JPMorgan Chase, where she directed global cloud security engineering, enterprise threat modeling, and secure architecture initiatives for mission-critical platforms. At HSBC, she served as Executive Director and Global Head of Cloud Security Engineering, driving cloud-first strategies and building security capabilities at scale. At JPMorgan Chase, she established the firm’s enterprise threat modeling strategy, delivering risk reduction across more than 50 critical programs and enhancing the bank’s global cybersecurity posture.
Her earlier career includes leadership roles at Amdocs and AT&T, where she served as lead architect for mission-critical, PCI-certified enterprise payment solutions processing over $400 million in monthly transactions. She successfully drove PCI compliance programs, architected secure and resilient platforms, and implemented advanced testing frameworks for payment security.
Elizabeth’s expertise spans security strategy, architecture, engineering, risk management, cloud security, and DevSecOps transformation. Gareth MaclachlanCOO, Gigamon - Former CPO, Trellix (FireEye + McAfee)
Mr. Gareth Maclachlan is an accomplished executive in the global cybersecurity industry, recognized for driving strategic transformation, operational excellence, and innovation across both venture-backed, private equity owned and publicly traded organizations. With over two decades of leadership experience, Gareth has led multi-billion-dollar integrations, large-scale product transformations, and the evolution of cybersecurity platforms for enterprise and government customers worldwide.
He currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Gigamon, headquartered in Santa Clara, California — a leader in deep observability and network intelligence for hybrid cloud environments.
Previously, Gareth served as Chief Product Officer at Trellix, the company formed from the merger of McAfee Enterprise and FireEye. In this role, he spearheaded the transformation of Trellix into an Agentic AI–driven security operations platform, architecting the company’s “defense-in-breadth” strategy across hybrid cloud, private data center and airgapped environments.
Earlier at Trellix, Gareth held multiple executive leadership roles, including General Manager and SVP, Network & Email Security, and SVP, Integration & Transformation / Interim CIO, where he successfully delivered the double carve-out and merger of FireEye and McAfee Enterprise — creating the world’s fifth-largest cybersecurity company in under 12 months, from concept to operational reality.
Before joining Trellix and FireEye, Gareth served as Chief Operating Officer at AdaptiveMobile, a leading provider of carrier-grade network security solutions based in Ireland, and began his career with PwC in strategy and operations consulting.

Vikram Rao is a seasoned cybersecurity executive with over two decades of leadership experience in security and engineering. He currently serves as the Chief Trust Officer at Atlassian, having previously held the role of Chief Trust Officer and CISO at Salesforce for over six years. Earlier in his career, he spent 17 years at Microsoft in various senior engineering leadership roles.
At Salesforce, Vikram was responsible for global information security across engineering, operations, communications, governance, compliance, risk management, and M&A integration. He currently serves as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Motorola Mobility, where for over 15 years he has led global security strategy, risk management, and cyber resilience across a highly complex technology environment.
Prior, Richard was Chief Security Officer at Motorola AirDefense and co-founder of AirDefense Inc, one of the pioneering companies in wireless intrusion prevention, where he served as Chief Security Officer for six years until its acquisition. He also co-founded SecureIT, a security services company that became one of the first in its category to be acquired during the dot-com era.

Parth Shah is a seed investor and an early believer in SecureX. He is a seasoned Wall Street professional with deep expertise in hedge funds, early-stage technology ventures, and strategic investments in high-growth startups.
Seventeen years ago, Parth moved to Silicon Valley from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, to pursue a Master’s in Computer Engineering at San Jose State University (SJSU). Following graduation, he co-founded Advanced Systems Research Technology as Co-Founder and Head of Engineering, leading the development of cutting-edge systems software. The startup was successfully acquired by ASUS, a global technology leader.
After the acquisition, Parth joined Cisco, later moved to Cavium/Marvell, and rejoined Cisco, where he has spent 7+ years as a senior technology leader driving innovation across AI, Networking, Data Centers, Systems Software, P4, SONiC, and ASIC development. Known for bridging deep technical expertise with strategic investment insight, Parth combines entrepreneurial vision, engineering excellence, and market acumen to back and build transformative technology ventures.
